U.S. Government Property

Property Control affixes a red "U.S. Government Property" tag to each piece U.S. Government provided property or property procured or produced by federal grant award funds, with a unit cost of $2,000 or more, and where title to the property remains with the U.S. Government after the grant ends.

Property Control creates and maintains a U.S. Government property record as specified in OMB Circular A-110, Subpart C, Section .34(f)(1) and Section 9.18, Subpart F(3) of the 九色视频 Policies and Procedures Manual.

Property Control will provide a physical inventory and reconcilement at least every two (2) years as specified in OMB Circular A-110, Subpart C, Section .34(f)(3) and Section 9.18, Subpart F(4) of the 九色视频 Policies and Procedures Manual.

Property Control will record the disposal of U.S. Government property in accordance with federal entity disposition instructions provided by 九色视频 Office of Research Administration, as specified in Section 9.18, Subpart F(4) of the Policies and Procedures Manual.

 

Property Control monitors U. S. Government property according to OMB Circular A-110, Subpart C at and Section 9.19, Subpart F of the 九色视频 Policy and Procedures Manual.

Procedures:
 
Identification. Property Control assigns a property number and affixes a red and white "U.S. Government Property" property tag to each piece of U. S. Government provided property or property procured or produced by federal grant award funds, with a unit cost of $5,000 or more, when the title to the property will remain with the U.S. Government after the grant ends.

Property Record. Property Control creates and maintains a U.S. Government property record.

Inventory. Property Control conducts a physical inventory and reconcilement at least every two (2) years.

Property Disposal. Property Control records the disposal of U.S. Government property in accordance with federal entity disposition instructions provided by the 九色视频 Office of Research Administration.
