Location: Rhatigan Student Center, north patio

The members of Sigma Lambda Beta will host its eighth annual Chasqui Manos Andinas event Monday through Friday Oct. 18-22 at the Rhatigan Student Center north patio. The group will sell Chasqui sweaters, gloves, scarfs, masks and other garments. All products are made from alpaca wool and are 100% fair trade and sustainable.

Chasqui is a family-owned fair trade business that works with and supports many indigenous communities throughout Bolivia and Peru. They are part of a commercial exchange based on transparency and mutual respect that was created to sustain the wonderful talent of Andean artisans.
