Overview
Cara Chennault-Reid, is an accomplished human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in the development and leadership of talent and business organizations.
Prior to joining Koch, Cara spent 12 years with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, in various human resource leadership roles. While there, she worked in several corporate and manufacturing facilities and led various technology driven programs.
In 2006 Cara began her career with Koch in Wichita, Kansas as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity with INVISTA, followed by a move to Kennesaw, Georgia with INVISTA to lead the Global Human Resources group in their carpet and airbag business. Cara quickly established herself as a strategic partner and moved into roles within Koch Global Services most recently holding the role as their Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Cara drove the KGS (Koch Global Services) vision for the delivery of shared services within the human resources and facilities and real estate services for Koch companies.
Throughout her years with Koch, Cara has led several transformation projects ranging from technology and automation, with her most prized contribution throughout the years of building employee relationships and accelerating talent development and application of Koch framework, Principle Based Management.TM
In 2021 Cara transitioned into her current role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Koch, Inc. After many years living in Georgia, Cara and her family relocated back to Wichita, KS where she leads Koch鈥檚 Human Resources Capability. In this role, Cara has responsibility for leading all aspects of Human Resources along with Koch Communications and Marketing.

Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
Cara is married to John Reid and the proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters.
