F45 Playoffs
Participants will work through 10 stations, each lasting 45 seconds with a 15-second break, totaling 10 minutes to perform as many reps as possible at each station. Judges will record reps and ensure exercise standards are maintained throughout. These exercises include: rowing, bench hops, push up + knee tuck, lateral hops, box jump burpee, pull ups, thruster, russian twist, deadball over shoulder, and lateral shuttle. Time to see who will be crowned the fittest at Wichita State.
