Dr. Day Radebaugh, assistant professor of philosophy will discuss "Champlain Tower Collapse in Surfside Florida, 2021: The Canary in the Coal Mine?" at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. March 9 at Ahlberg Hall. Radebaugh will discuss the conundrum faced by the engineers who were charged with determining whether the building was safe or not. The event is free and open to the public.
