This workshop will show you tried-and-true marketing analysis tools to create a step-by-step promotion plan to effectively communicate with customers and make your goals actionable by answering the question, "What is my company's value?" Topics include defining and communicating with your target market; capturing, nurturing, and converting leads; and encouraging customers to come back and to spread the word.
