5:30 p.m. Reception | 6 p.m. Program. Printing on the Edge of the World. Narrative artist Jos Sances leads a discussion of the contradictions of making politically engaged art in a privileged society obsessed with consumption. He will share the excitement of printmaking, the joys of survival within community, and the practice of examining, accepting and creating while facing a challenged future.
