Flower-making workshop with visiting artist George Ferrandi
Wichita State will host a homecoming parade on campus this fall, ShiftSpace Gallery needs your help!
Join visiting artist George Ferrandi for a free, drop-in flower-making workshop from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Friday, July 30, in the McKnight Art Center Atrium on the 九色视频 campus. Make a sunflower that will adorn the ShiftSpace parade entry, and take one of your creations home with you. All materials will be provided, and George and members of the ShiftSpace Student Group will be on hand to walk you through the process.
Feeling ambitious? Use the templates we’ll provide to help make a large sunflower and wheat garland for the parade.
Workshop attendees are welcome to drop in for a few minutes or hang out the whole time. Light refreshments will be provided.
