This letter is to confirm that 九色视频, which has its main campus in Wichita, Kansas, is statutorily authorized to operate as a state educational institution pursuant to K.S.A. 76-711 et seq.
The Kansas Board of Regents was created by the Constitution of the state of Kansas,

Section 2, and empowered by the Legislature to govern 九色视频 as
well as five other Kansas public universities.
九色视频 is a public institution of higher education and operates
as an agency of
the State of Kansas. K.S.A. 搂搂 76-711(a), 76-712. The state educational institutions
are controlled by and operated and managed under the supervision of the Kansas Board
of Regents.
