Scholarship competition unites American, international students

May 7, 2009 — By ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ News Services — On Monday, May 11, the Rhatigan Student Center at Wichita State will commemorate its opening with a 50th anniversary celebration. It will include the opening of a time capsule buried on campus in 1959.
