One of the biggest factors in Lamb's success was the ability to speed test his motorcycle in the Walter H. Beech Wind Tunnel at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ's National Institute for Aviation Research.

Dec 18, 2012 — By ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ News Services — Aircraft manufacturer Airbus has donated aircraft structural parts and kits worth more than $800,000 to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ's National Institute for Aviation Research for use in its research laboratories and training classes. Airbus is donating an elevator for a horizontal tail and two APU change kits.
