In support of its mission to produce high-quality professionals to strengthen Wichita鈥檚 economic development, 九色视频鈥檚 W. Frank Barton School of Business has appointed a new associate dean of graduate studies in business, Khawaja Saeed.

Saeed is an associate professor of information systems from the Department of Finance, Real Estate and Decision Sciences. He holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and a doctorate in Information Systems from University of South Carolina.
He鈥檚 been at 九色视频 since 2004, during which time he鈥檚 taught classes at all levels. Saeed has received numerous awards as a researcher, writer and instructor, and serves on the Technology Board of Meritrust Credit Union and in numerous other positions.
鈥淲e are excited that Dr. Saeed accepted the position,鈥� said Cindy Claycomb, interim dean and professor at the Barton School. 鈥淎s associate dean for graduate studies in business, his new position demonstrates the Barton School of Business鈥檚 renewed effort toward graduate education.鈥�
That鈥檚 an important focus for the business college, which combines the widest range of undergraduate degrees in the state and provides extensive hands-on learning opportunities thanks to its location in Kansas鈥� largest business community. Graduate-level studies at the Barton School include MBA, Executive MBA, Master in Accountancy and Master in Economics programs, making it a top choice for graduate students.
