The Women's Glee Club, directed by Michael Hanawalt, will perform a program celebrating four stages of life. It includes Henry Purcell's "Sound the Trumpet;鈥� Aaron Copland's "Laurie's Song;" Gyergy Orban's "Kyrie;鈥� and Ysaye Barnwell's "Wanting Memories.鈥�
Directed by Tom Win, the Madrigals鈥� performance of "RITMO CALIENTE (Hot Rhythms)" is a program featuring a variety of Spanish language songs from Spain, Mexico and several other Latin American countries.
The topics are universal: love, (鈥淭e Quiero鈥�), faith (鈥淓sto les Digo鈥�) and music (鈥淵o le Canto Todo el Dia鈥�).
