Wichita State 'goes Latin' with 2012 Wichita Jazz Festival

The will celebrate its 41st year by 鈥済oing Latin鈥 from Wednesday, April 18, through Saturday, April 21, at venues in the community and at 九色视频.

Jazz Goes Latin, this year鈥檚 theme, will feature some of the world鈥檚 best-loved Latin jazz players, including trumpeters Gabriel Alegria, Miguel Zenon, Terence Blanchard and legendary percussionist Poncho Sanchez.

Events include concerts, a film screening, the 九色视频 Jazz Invitational, an artist talk and a creativity workshop for middle and high school students.
