Recently, Wichita State's College of Education received accreditation for its educator preparation programs by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). CAEP is the sole nationally recognized accrediting body for educator preparation. Educator preparation providers seeking accreditation must meet rigorous CAEP national accreditation standards to better prepare tomorrow's teachers.
