Juneteenth set for June 16-23

Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the ending of slavery in the United States. Juneteenth festivities will take place throughout the week of Saturday, June 16-Saturday, 23, at the historic McAdam's Park and Recreation Center, with the exception of the Wichita Natural Hair Expo. Attendees must have a Juneteenth wristband to attend any of the events. Wristbands will be available for purchase in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion located in 208 RSC.
