Spring 2018 internship results

This spring, the Career Development Center had 464 students enrolled in internships. Here are the outcomes of their professional work experience:

* 99 percent had the opportunity to gain professionally relevant skills/knowledge.
* 91 percent discussed their career development and goals with their supervisor.
* 98 percent were able to analyze issues and make decisions at their internship.
* 97 percent gained experience with written and oral professional communication.
* 94 percent had the opportunity to work collaboratively on a team.
* 95 percent gained experience with relevant technology.
* 89 percent were able to take a leadership role in some capacity.
