Annual South Central Kansas Water Summit planned for Thursday, May 31

The 九色视频 Environmental Finance Center's annual South Central Kansas Water Summit from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at Mark Arts, 1307 N. Rock Road in Wichita, brings together policymakers, regulators, businesses, agencies and public-sector employees to collaborate on the latest in regional water news. The cost is $65.

This year's summit will include discussions on regional drought trends, the Groundwater Management District No. 5 Rattlesnake / Quivira LEMA, the overlap of municipal and industrial water supply, the Equus-Walnut Action Plan and project updates from the city of Wichita, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, K-State Research and Extensions, Kansas Water Office and Kansas Alliancefor Wetlands and Streams.
