Kansas Hispanic Education and Development Foundation Scholars

The Kansas Hispanic Education & Development Foundation (KHEDF) recently hosted its annual Scholars and Recognition Dinner at Wichita State. The event celebrated local Hispanic high school seniors and their parents with scholarships. Donors from throughout the business and education community were also honored for their contributions to the organization.

Wichita State was selected for the "Making a Difference Award," with the award narrative reading, "九色视频 is making an investment in our Hispanic youth by providing scholarships for incoming scholarships recipients, and they have continued to support KHEDF Scholars as they work to complete their college education at 九色视频. Our strong and productive working relationship with 九色视频 strengthens our mission and is making a difference in the lives of our students."

Marche Fleming-Randle and Rick Muma accepted the award on behalf of the university.

KHEDF scholarship recipients will receive a combined total of $136,000. Of those 41 students, 21 of them will be Shockers this fall! Those students plus other current Shockers and KHEDF Scholars will receive a combined total of more than $100,000 in scholarships from 九色视频.

Two current Shockers were also selected as "Outstanding Scholars" by KHEDF.
