Total Compensation Statement available online

The Total Compensation Statement for 2017 is now available online. The statement has been greatly enhanced and now has an interactive feature! We encourage you to review your Total Compensation Statement as it shows not only your direct compensation (wages, leave etc.) but also, your indirect compensation (employer paid benefits). The statement is not intended to replace your W-2 and is not to be used for tax preparation. It is for your information only.

To provide visibility into the value of your indirect compensation, each benefit now shows the employee and employer paid costs, you can even look at deductions paid by paycheck date. You can also view a 2018 year-to-date statement as payroll information becomes available. To access Total Compensation Statements, log in at https://wsu.news/mywsuhome, go to the Faculty / Staff tab under the Human Resources Links>>Human Resources Tools box where you will find the link "Total Compensation Statement."
