School of Business students raise donations for Shocker Support Locker

A group of students called "Lead by Example," collected more than 100 items, mostly cans of food in addition to boxes of pasta, Hamburger Helper and cereal for the Shocker Support Locker in Grace Wilkie Hall. Students in the group were Keifer George, Megan Singleton, Clayton Jones and Taylor Crank.

The effort was part of a class project called building effective work teams. The task involved making an impact on the community in some way this semester. The students chose the Shocker Support Locker, and did some tabling in the RSC to raise awareness and obtain donations. They also set up donation boxes in different buildings on campus for a short time.
