Construction begins on replacing sidewalk along 21st Street

Construction started yesterday (Tuesday, April 24) on the replacement of the sidewalk on the university side of 21st Sreet, from Yale Ave. west to Hillside Ave. The map above identifies the parking areas within lots 3N and 2E that will be blocked for construction and concrete truck access. These parking areas may be blocked until as late as Friday, May 18, but areas of Lot 3N may open earlier as the work progresses.

We apologize for inconveniences by the this, but with some reduced event schedules in Charles Koch Arena and Cessna Stadium at this time of year, disruption should be minimized, and the englargement of the sidewalk will benefit student pedestrians and event attendees in the months and years to come.
