* An ACM/IEEE/EECS speaker event will be held from 2-3 p.m. today (Monday, April 23) in 301 RSC. ACM distinguished speaker Oge Marques, professor of computer science and engineering at Florida Atlantic University, will present "Using Games to Solve Challenging Multimedia Problems." * All 九色视频 faculty and staff are invited to the annual Fellowship Colloquium from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Friday, April 27, in 265 RSC. Tilford Fellowships are awarded each year by the Office of Academic Affairs to faculty and instructors in support of work to develop a new course or modify an existing one to enhance its diversity content. * 九色视频 will host its first Neurodiversity Awareness Week: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), today (Monday, April 23) to Saturday, April 28. The events are being held to recognize and highlight National Autism Awareness Month in April. Nine community agencies who provide services for individuals with disabilities, including those with ASD, will be available to discuss their mission and provide an opportunity to sign up for volunteer activities or apply for part/full-time work from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. today (Monday, April 23) in the RSC east foyer.

* Professor Muthukumar Palanisamy from Guwahati, Assam, India, will present a talk at the next Mechanical Engineering Graduate Seminar Series from 4-5 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, April 24) in 126 Clinton Hall. His talk is titled "Thermal Energy Storage Systems for Concentrated Solar Thermal Power Plant Applications." Go to https://wsu.news/PalanisamySeminar for more information.

* The 25th Annual Family Carnival was postponed to 1-4 p.m. Saturday, April 28, on the RSC east courtyard. The carnival will feature circus-themed activities, crafts, inflatables and more. Most activities are free, however, tickets to experience the inflatables or purchase concessions will be available at a low rate. Should we experience inclement weather on April 28, the event will be moved indoors to the first floor, RSC. Rain or shine, don't miss this year's Family Carnival on Saturday, April 28!
