Candidate for Ulrich Museum director to make presentation on campus

Two candidates for director of the Ulrich Museum of Art at 九色视频 will be making presentations this month. Susan Baley will be on campus Monday, April 9 and Tuesday, April 10, with a public presentation at 3 p.m. Monday, April 9, in 210 McKnight.

Baley is executive director and curator of exhibitions at the Swope Art Museum, Terre Haute, Indiana. She served previously as director of education at the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art at the University of Oklahoma. She graduated from Wichita State with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and earned a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Oklahoma. She will speak about challenges facing university art museums today and projects she has led that exemplify how a university museum with a contemporary / modern art focus can meet these challenges.

A meet-and-greet reception will be held from 3:45-4:30 p.m. April 9 in the McKnight Atrium.

The second candidate will be on campus Monday, April 16 and Tuesday, April 17, with a public presentation at 3 p.m. Monday, April 16, in 210 McKnight.
