David Eads to present 'Leading Through Disruption and Change'
Eads joined the Tournament of Roses as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer in February 2017. The Tournament of Roses is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that brings people together through the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game, creating America's New Year Celebration. Eads leads a year-round staff of 35 professionals and provides a strategic vision in community relations, finance, marketing and communications, membership services, parade and game operations, procurement and facilities, and strategic partnerships.
