Outdated clock message board system

As many of you may know, we continue to experience significant and ongoing issues with our aging ("BRG") clock message board system. Physical Plant routinely receives work order requests to address failures of these message boards. These message board devices are antiquated and can no longer be made to work consistently.

Our campus now has information dissemination/emergency notification capabilities (RAVE/ShockerAlert system for mobile devices, Alertus on desktop PC's, and Scala Digital Signage players) far beyond the decade old capability of the current message board system.

Our plan is to leave the message boards in place, but configure them to only display time, or time and date, and no emergency messages. As a reference, these message boards are not being used in 九色视频 buildings on our new Innovation Campus. Please contact Physical Plant with any questions.
