Students, faculty, staff and industry partners are invited to attend a presentation from Bill Williams on Electric Drive Technology, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure at 2 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, March 29) in 264 Experiential Engineering Building. Williams is the commercial sales director for Proterra Inc., an automotive and energy storage company that designs and manufactures electric transit buses and electric charging systems. Williams focuses on commuter shuttle / transportation solutions at airports, universities and corporations, as well as smart city projects. He has presented at the Pentagon, Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Energy.
