Words for Wellness -- 'Stressed Out'

Stressed out? Overwhelmed? Too much on your plate? Come learn how to decrease stress in your life by looking at the major signs, symptoms and sources of stress. Learn ways to minimize triggers, improve your coping abilities and renew your energy despite a busy schedule. Carly Anderson of the Counseling and Testing Center will present "Stressed Out" today (Monday, Dec. 1) as part of the Words for Wellness series.
