Steven Farmer to be featured in Wichita State & The World

Farmer is a Wichita State professor of management and holder of the W. Frank Barton Chair in Business. In the broadcast, he describes how leaders, even those who don't consider themselves creative, can create conditions for creativity in their organizations. He also answers questions posed by an audience of members and staff of the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Farmer has conducted research in the United States, China, Taiwan and India.
