Reminders

* The Center for Teaching and Research Excellence will host "Instructional Design for Online Courses," from 12:30-1:30 p.m. today (Friday, Nov. 21) in 127 Jabara Hall. This is a seminar on the basics of instructional design for online learning. http://webs.wichita.edu/?u=CTRE&p=/CTREEvents/

* A zoo-themed party will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, in the William H. Smith Bowling and Rec Center, Rhatigan Student Center lower level. * Darren DeFrain, director of the writing program, will read from his new collection of short stories, "Inside and Out," from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, on the lower level of Ablah Library, followed by a book signing.
