Eisberg and Bordeau will discuss the growing problem of shell companies that lure international students into bad situations by offering to sponsor them for H-1B Specialty Worker status. They also will speak on the growing complexities of applying for employment-based Lawful Permanent Resident status. There will be a Q-and-A session following the presentation.
